Here are the instructions: This problem occurs because the Temporary Internet Files location for Internet Explorer is set to be an unexpected location.
Specifically, the Temporary Internet Files location for Internet Explorer is set to be a location in which the user does not have permissions to create new temporary files. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the General tab. And if it is necessary, content is migrated to the new location.

At first I had been booting into the Windows recovery environment but I was having this error and decided to get out my original installation media to be as close to the video tutorial as possible but I still get the same error. Seems you do not have enough access rights to this folder. Please open properties of this folder and check access rights.
Here is a screenshot of the WindowsApps folder security. I haven't changed any of these settings so I'm not sure why they would be different for me than anyone else's. Please show previous screen and "Effective access" tab on this screen. WindowsApps Security Tab of Properties.

I just bought a brand new computer and I am finding snap shots of my home security cameras in this folder taken 2 years ago?
This computer is a week old and I want to know how and where did this folder find these photo's? This is extremely bazar. I don't even have snapshots set up on my security cameras.

The issues seems to be that pipenv decides to use a python executable from windows, instead of the one from the WSL distro.
Pipenv decides to use python 3. Contents of Pipfile. I had the same issue on WSL, I noticed something interesting. My Pipfile requires 3. After installing it, pipenv install worked without any issue and didn't try to go to the windows executable anymore. This is a real concern that you most likely will get a large influx of issues on.
This is a serious bug that will hit anyone developing in WSL. In the Windows 10, May update Finally, with the May Windows Update, we are completing the picture.
